Hoof Care

Trims are customized to each hoof, always following the rule 'do no harm'.  The goal of each trim is for the horse to walk away moving and feeling better than before.

Boots and pads can be very useful during the barefoot transition or healing process.  I have fit kits from multiple hoof boot companies and can help you select and measure for the right boot for your situation. Sometimes more permanent protection may be beneficial.  Glue on composite shoes/boots and casting are available if needed.

We believe in a whole horse approach to hoof care.  Trim, nutrition, environment, movement and mental wellbeing all play a key role in growing strong healthy hooves.
